We stand by our customers, which is why every product we sell comes with a warranty.

Warranty terms

The warranty, which covers free replacement and repair of the equipment, applies under the following conditions:

- No more than 2 months have passed since the parcel was received from the carrier - The device was not destroyed deliberately (e.g. submerged in water) - For battery issues (swelling) — 6 months of warranty from the date the parcel was handed over by the carrier

Extended warranty

Available for kits at an extra charge that depends on the kit price. It extends the warranty terms by an additional 6 months (8 months in total from the date the order is received from the carrier). Also gives you higher priority with our support team.
